Private Lessons & Pop-Up Classes Offered
Private Lessons

- Dates: Sept 2025 – Dec 2025
- Cost: Depends on the Instructor
- Length: 30-minute class each time
- Style: Classical Ballet, Tap, Jazz
- Level: Ballet 3A and higher*
- *Summer may offer private lessons for lower levels
Private Lessons are meant to help dancers develop or work on a specific skill or area of weakness. Dancers should have an idea of what area they want to target when they arrive for the lesson.
At this time, Private Lessons are limited to currently enrolled MBC dancers who are in level 3A and higher. Summer and Holiday Private Lessons may be available to lower levels. If a dancer lower than a 3A signs up we will drop them from the private lesson. We do not allow reoccuring private lessons.
Dancers may sign-up for private lessons through their Parent Portal and go to “Appointments”. This will list all available teachers who are offering private lessons and the days and times. You must select the teacher, the day and the time then click BOOK. You will get an email confirmation upon booking. Each student eligible for Private Lessons has had a “Student” added to their account specifically to book private lessons under (Exemple: Alice – Private Lesson). ONLY use this “Student” for booking Private Lessons. If you don’t have one in your Parent Portal please reach out to MBC Office.
Dancers will be charged the Private Lesson fee that the instructor has set as well as a $5 studio usage fee.
Dancers that cancel within 24 hours of the lesson may be charged the private lesson amount. Cancellations MUST be done online through your Parent Portal.
If there are no other staff or office staff on site during the time of the private lesson, the parent/guardian must remain on site during the private lesson.
