MBC Fall Registration Page
Registration for fall classes opens July 13th!
We look forward to having all of our students back in the fall and hope to welcome many new ones. Classes begin on September 14th in our new location at 1650 Tullamore Street.
Annual Registration Day will be extended to a full week running August 23rd – 29th. In order to take advantage of the 10% tuition discount you must notify us prior to the 29th and pay with cash or check. To learn about other tuition discounts CLICK HERE.
What is Registration Week?
Registration week is a period of time where we invite you to stop by the studio and pick up your items necessary for class. We plan to be in our new facility so you will also get a chance to walk through and see the beautiful space the week of August 23-29. We will communicate how to do that to allow for social distancing.
Prior to Registration Week we ask that you go through a step by step registration process, so that your classes, discounts, attire, and other items are taken care of PRIOR to you arriving at the studio during Reg Week. Steps are listed below:
Step 1: Register for Classes
Click on the link above if you are a NEW MBC family. You will be prompted through the online registration.
Click on the link above if you are a returning MBC family You will be directed to the Parent Portal. From here you may pay tuition, sign up for additional classes, add students etc.
Step 2: Apply Discounts
Email the studio if you want to Pay-In-Full and receive 10% off.
Discounts are ALWAYS applied after registration. Once you are registered we will apply young men, sibling and supplementary discounts automatically for you. If you want to pay tuition in full you need to email the studio and let us know. We will adjust your tuition and stack all applicable discounts for you. Pay-In-Full discounts MUST be paid by cash or check on or before August 29th.
Step 3: Order Dress Code Attire
Pre-Order by August 8th to receive on Registration Week.
Need to order dance attire? CLICK HERE to link to our online order form. Items will be applied to your account, ordered and bundled with your Reg Week Shirts for pick up during Registration Week. Items ordered after the 8th are not guaranteed to be available by Reg Week, but will be available by the first week of classes.
Step 4: Order Registration Week Shirts
Pre-Order by July 31st to select your color and receive on Registration Week.
All orders after that will be first come first serve and subject to availability.
Shirts are not mandatory. ALL proceeds go to our Capital Campaign!
Step 5: Download the Band App
MBC uses the Band App to communicate with parents and share recital dances.
Due to virtual learning needs related to COVID-19 we may need access to this throughout the year. Please download the Band App to your laptop. It is available free on iPhones and Androids through your app store.
Step 6: Join The Nutcracker Cast
Sign up by August 29th to join the cast. Dancers MUST be in Ballet 1A+.
Want to join the cast? CLICK HERE to link to our online Performance Agreement. There is a $25 performance fee that covers the cost of costume alterations, cleaning and extra measures for COVID-19 related sanitation.
