Summer Jazz Classes – Register March 17th!
Mankato Ballet Company offers a wide variety of summer sessions and classes for all ages and styles of dance. These can be a great way for new students to try MBC for a few weeks or for current students to stay up on their technique.
There is no registration fee for summer classes and no formal dress code. We hope that you will enjoy your classes with Mankato Ballet Company and we look forward to welcoming you to the studio this summer.

Summer Jazz Dress Code
Dancers attending for summer sessions do NOT need to purchased a class leotard as we will be using the summer to place them for the fall. Our dress code is more lax in the summer, but we do prefer that all dancers taking jazz are in leggings and a form fitting shirt. Ideally solid colors so there are few distractions. Jazz shoes are preferred, but not required. Hair should be pulled off the face and in a bun or pony.

Summer sessions are based on the level you have COMPLETED. Please reference your level placements and enroll for the correct summer class based on your fall 2025 level placement.
If you are new to MBC you can go off of age or contact us for a placement recommendation.
Jazz shoes are highly are recommended.
